Of name brand products, who makes the best keyboard / mouse WITH best overall warranty service and support? Just lost my Logitech fandom. My G910 Orion Spark was $180 insane, dead in 8 months and they would not honor my warranty. So Logitech is dead to me now.

Who's gonna give me a good gaming product plus good service? Time to switch.

Is their customer support good? Like, speaks English and honors warranties? Logitech no longer even has a number to call! It's horrendous. They force email/chat support now. I was on support chat and it took 6 minutes for the agent to respond per message sent, and that's excluding the 35 minute wait while I was queued just to even connect. I'm like, HI. 6 minutes later... How can we help you. My keyboard is broken.... 6 more minutes later... Let me see what I can do... uhg. 6more minutes later... etc

Corsair makes arguably the best mechanical keyboards but I heard their drivers and driver suite are unreliable. I've found that no matter how good a peripheral is, 99% of the experience boils down to whether the drivers are reliable with Windows and updates often enough to keep up with awful driver crushing Windows updates.

Logitech drivers aren't amazing, but they've mostly worked in the past, big gripe is the sound drivers they have for their wireless headsets are total ass spackle and for a lot of people their suite (logitech gaming software) doesn't functions for many unless it's manually run as an admin.

I can work with that, so long as they work and stay working when I get them where I need them

anyone else? Honestly? I google but a lot of forums have really ancient topics. Seeing how Logitech went from fantastic to crap in a year, I just want to know peoples' experiences.

I'm considering Razer and Corsair in particular.

What I've heard is-
1. Razer makes good quality (not necessarily great) products and has so-so or maybe good warranty support, main gripe people have is they take a while to get back to you

2. Corsair I hear has great products but so-so drivers/suite which can be obnoxious depending on luck of the draw, but overall has fantastic warranty support. Biggest drawback being driver issues are likely not covered under warranty so could be rough.

3. Logitech used to be the best overall but now they pretty much abandoned all support and their product quality is slipping. My experiences with the G930/G933 headsets were horrid, my G600 MMO mouse failed in a year and now a $180 G910 Mechanical keyboard is double inputting after only 8 months despite cleaning it with cans of air, driver uninstall/reinstall and fresh uninstall then driver rollback. Could be firmware, I've heard firmware issues plagued early G910 causing double inputting, in which I'm screwed if so, because they did not implement keyboard firmware reset.

Overall, are these my options? None of them seem amazing given the outlandish premium prices involved.
