I have no idea if this is a problem but my PC has been extremely slow and I can barely run any of my games anymore.

I'm just sitting in desktop, I don't have any game running. I don't think its supposed to be that high at all.
System Specs:
Graphics Card ~ ASUS STRIX GeForce GTX 1080
Motherboard ~ MSI Z170A M5
Processor ~ i7 6700k
Power Supply ~ Thermaltake TR2 600w (maybe dying?)
RAM ~ DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4 3200MHz
Hard Drive ~ Western Digital 1 Terabyte 7200rpm
System Type ~ Windows 10

Any suggestions would really be great. I would love to be able to actually play something again.

Solution
check if the windows backup is not active you may have to disable it since i run win 10 on a 256 mb ssd and it only use about 122mb will all software on use process explorer to find what is running .

Only major software is Razer Synapse, Corsair Utility Engine, Steam, Discord. They don't take more than 40mb (each) of my memory. And after doing a full scan no threats were found. Plus there's 121gb left of my 1 terabyte hard drive so my storage isn't completely full. It's been at 100% for over a week now. I just don't know what to do.

And only .30mb are being used on my disk (what I'm seeing from task manager) and my memory is only being used up less than a gigabyte from all applications (from whats in task manager).
