I really want this monitor what can i improve in my pc to have amazing gaming experience?

You won't get 144 fps on ultra, but I think at minimum 30/60 fps medium/high would be easily achieveable. Also depends on what game.

To fully use the monitor, a 1080/ti would be a better choice.

You should upgrade GPU to run games at 1440p 144hz , i have this monitor with 7700k and 1080ti.
I recommend gtx 1080 or 1080ti for 144hz 1440p monitors.
