I just simply can't understand whats WRONG with this thing.

The problem is - I can't get smooth movies playback in my HomeTHeater.

Specs are:
WD 2 TB RED x2 SHR
WD 2 TB Green JBOD

Synology DS916+ NAS, 1 Gbit link

Mikrotik RB2011-UiAS

Mikrotik crs326-24g-2s+rm

Cat5e LAN

3 cAPs in CAPsMAN configuration, Mikrotik cAP-2n

Sony Bravia 2014 y.p. model

Samsung Tyzen 2015 y.p. model

numerous iOS devices

All connected to cAPs at 150 mbps speed

PC - i7-4790K, 24 GB RAM, ASRock Z97X Killer Atheros Killer 1 (2) Gbps LAN

PC is connected via Ethernet at 1 GBPS speed!

I'm using Plex and Video Station to watch movies and sort my library.

All movies are 1080p only, bitrate differs from 9 to 30-35 mbps. All are compatible BDMV, MKV movies coded with H.264 and AC3 or DTS audio.

AND I GET STUTTERINGS!!!! More bitrate, worse the situation. I could say I can watch movies rated with 12-13 mbps and below wihout a problem though, but anything above delivers pain.
Also, 12-20 mbps isnt alot for 1080p.
Skipping is also hard - it takes more than 3-5 seconds and keeps stutter after the skip.

Can't say much about Video Station, cause its not saying much. No terminal or message box to say what's exactly wrong.

Plex differently says either "NAS is too weak to code@ (but I set it to original quality!!!!!!), or "Your internet speed isnt enough" (1 GPBS? Really?!, or guaranteed 100 mbps by cAPs?).

I've changed literally EVERYTHING in process, except user devices. I've changed NAS from DS215j to DS916+ 8 GB, router, switch, wires - literally everything! And I still can't get smooth movie playback at all. Even at my PC. I don't know what else to do. I have no ideas where to dig or what I should look for.
