Hello there! I am looking for a PC build with an OK energy consumption built from old hardware that can run the following games on 60fps (i have a monitor already and the built should be 400€ max including a copy of windows).
I want at least 8GB of ram and the cpu should be better than the gpu (so the gpu ends up as the bottleneck).

games I wanna play

Overwatch High settings 1080p
Mount and Blade Warband maxed 1080p
csgo maxed 1080p
sony vegas youtube poop
battlefield 3
star wars battlefront EA (2015) 1080p
rocket league maxed 1080p
lego games (star wars, hobbit etc.) 1080p
fifa 15 1080p
mafia 2 1080p
minecraft
just cause 2 maxed 1080p

pls dont put horrible power supplies in it as i want the pc to last for like 6 years

also i personally would prefer like a ryzen 3 and an older gtx7XX graphics card if that is somewhat possible

suggestions welcome

Best I could do.

For the gpu I recommend you get an older used card and use that for the moment until you can afford and actuall good card.

The case either you find an old free or almost free one used or get a cheap new case.

Windows 10 can run forever unactivated so not a problem.

I think you just dont know much about pc gaming. For 550€ you can get a pc including windows 10 and no monitor that will even run bf1 at medium settings in 1080p easily and the games i listed even are really old games.

What pc are you looking at? The absolute minimum money to spend is usually 480$ not including windows (+100).

I agree with the others, for your budget your not going to be able to build a system for that price. You may find a prebuilt for around that price but it may not perform for what your expecting. Like Superninja12 said your best bet is to find a used PC.

This is the best I could do and TBH isn't powerful enough for what you wanted for performance. You would need to lower the settings a bit to keep the FPS around 60.

As for the OS you can skip the part when it ask you for a key although you will be limited to some updates until a retail version is purchased.
