Ram speed makes a very little difference. I might buy 2x4 tho, since I don't think I'm gonna be upgrading in the next 4 years to 16gigs.
What about going with the blue team, and instead of buying an A320 MB with a Ryzen 1400, I'd get a B250M-K and an i5 7400?

yes, the difference may be 20 fps between ram types, but that's not between 2133mhz and 2666mhz, but 2133 and 3200. I'm gonna think about which CPU i'll get untill tomorrow.
