I know this probably doesn't make a big difference obviously, but am just curious.
My Intel Core i5-7500 always locks at 3.64 GHz, but this CPU supposedly turbos up to 3.80 GHz, while the base clock is set to 3.40 GHz.

So, just wondering what was causing this, I never really checked the BIOS or anything but if this helps at all, I used to own a FX-8350 which goes up to 4.0 GHz, but it would also LOCK at 3.64 GHz, so kinda confused why my computer is doing this.
