Built a new desktop computer, keeping only the tower, hard drives, and psu. Assembled everything according to instructions, no problems. However, when turned on it shows a light on CPU. This light disappears when monitor is plugged in, but the light stops at Boot now. Monitor shows nothing, is asleep. Mouse is on.
I have reseated the CPU and the RAM, but there is no improvement.
