i have this problem with my external. it can't be open it ask me to FORMAT and i did but unable to format i also tried formatting using computer management>disk management>delete>new volume and all that i have read online. i also removed the enclosure board (sata usb) change to new and tried to format again via easeUS but still nothing happens..my external i just one year old and it didn't drop. PLEASE HELP....thanks a lots..
