PSU corsair vs550
CPU AMD phentom ii 4x 955 overcloaked to 3.5ghz
GPU Gigabyte 750TI oc Edition
CPU cooler Corsair H33 Liquad Cooler
Ram 16gb ddr3
Moutherbored GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P
So basicly i am new to the whole computer show and that this pc was running about a day ago as everything in it is brand new. so i was watching a video on where you should put your graphics card it said to put it in the highest PCIE slot witch is PCIE 2.0 When i did that the display didnt come up at all i dont get welcomed with the boot up screen nothing my moniter stays asleep and nthing works i have reset the csmos i have tested the psu in another Rig. all fins will spin leds will come on but there is no power to my keybored nor mouse. please help
