Cell Phone providers: "bars" as a function of geography?

Is there a website where I can enter GPS coordinates (easily available from GoogleMaps) and get back some metric indicating the signal strength I can expect at that location for all the major cellphone carriers?

i.e., Enter your GPS coordinates here ____________, ____________

Click "Return", and get:

T-Mobile will provide ___ "bars" at 40.023153, -75.188351
Sprint will provide ___ "bars" at 40.023153, -75.188351
AT&T will provide ___ "bars" at 40.023153, -75.188351
Verizon Wireless will provide ___ "bars" at 40.023153, -75.188351

And by "the signal strength I can expect at that location", I would ideally hope that this would be some aggregate of (a large sample of) real-user data collected through some "app" (that users opt into for the greater good of all consumers, including their future selves), NOT a self-serving guesstimate made by each wireless company.

i've never seen such a site before. would be an awesome resource for sure.

i have seen and used individual tower info from a single carrier. at&t, verizon and sprint have maps on their sites that show expected signal strength based on tower locations for their own networks. they are pretty honest and show gaps and low signal areas rather fairly. you do have to look deep and seek out these maps as they are not linked from any obvious place but they are there.

i have found that the best source of info for a specific area is to ask the local teenagers. they will know which carrier is the best in that area and EXACTLY where it is weak and strong. they are the ultimate keeper of such knowledge :D
