Budget Range: $1250 USD though I am Australian so it would be $1600 AUD (Also it would be really great if you could use Australian sources though it isn't nessesary as I can translate the prices and shops to AUD

System Usage from Most to Least Important:
Gaming (as long as it could get max/ nearly max graphics on 1080p and/ or 1440p),

Video Editing/ After Effects (Mostly short films though I have enrolled into a arts (mainly media) school for next year so I may be doing some photo editing and 4k Film editing (If this is too difficult to do, I'm happy with a 1080p/ 1440p Editing Rig)

Streaming: Just as an option that I'm thinking of doing.

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, headphones, microphone, mousepad

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Scorptec, PCCaseGear (again, both Australian sites though isn't nessesary.)

Country: Australia

Things of My build I'm pretty sure of:
Case: NZXT S340/ S340 Elite
SDD and HDD
16 Gigs+ Ram (After Effects playback is torture with 8 gigs of ram)

Overclocking: No

Monitor Resolution: 1080p/ 1440p

Additional Comments:
I'm planning on doing short films though I have enrolled into a arts (mainly media) school for next year so I may be doing some photo editing and 4k Film editing (If this is too difficult to do, I'm happy with a 1080p/ 1440p Editing Rig

Just going to note I used this format off Neopragmatist's request on a build.

Here is a rig I made:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7JCXcc

I used a AMD Ryzen 5. You could use the 7 for a bit more, but this one was a bit faster with a few less cores.
The cooler comes up with a thing saying that it might need other brackets, but it says that for every one I tried. On the description it says it is compatible with AM4. I have 2 sticks of memory (16GB total). I got 2 GB because you can upgrade it later with more. The graphics card can do just about all you want and you can get better for more if you would like. I have a 200GB SSD and a 2TB HDD becasue you said you want to do video editing. The case is the S340 Black and the PSU is a fully moduar allowing for replacing cables. I also has room to upgrade components. I dont have a monitor but you can mess around if you want to throw that in for the 1250 price. Hope you like and feel free to tweak it. Peace :)

Yes you just changed the motherboard from mine and added monitors which put it $800 over the budget he selected. The GPU is way to much for this build and if you want to get anywhere close to his budget you cant use $500 GPUS.

Hi, thanks for the suggestions guys. I'm always stupid and making this mistake I forget to include the monitor in my build cost. Right now I have a monitor that can do the job though I do want another one. I might go with the competitive monitor at first though if ever needed I'll use the colour correct one in dual setup. it's between these two builds an that one by jpe1701 down below. There both pretty good!
