Trying to get the screen where they let you wipe memory cache. I tried it before and it had worked fine. but now when i do the whole power button+home+volume up key i get the Samsung core 2 logo and then a thin horizontal white line appears on the screen and the entire screen gradually fades to a blank,white screen. the only thing i can do is turn off my phone manually because the white screen does not respond in anyway. my phone model is SM-G355H and android version is 4.4.2.
[NOTE- i recently dowloaded kingo root as a friend has accidentally formatted my micro SD card and GT recovery app could not recover the lost data without kingoroot and superuser]
