I want a wired ethernet connection from a 4KHD tv to a Netgear router & have 3 extra cables laying around labeled:
1. C5E UTP Patch Cord 6'
2. C5 UTP Patch Cable 24 AWG 6'
3. C5 STP Patch Cable 24 AWG 5'
I've looked into it but am more confused than when I started! I need an 8-10' cable so:
can I use a coupler to connect 2 of these to have a longer cable, and if so - is there any speed or transmission loss (or other issue) using a coupler to connect 2 cables vs. one 10' cable?
Thanks!
