So a couple days ago i ordered a new cpu amd fx 8370, before this cpu i used a amd fx 6300. after i installed the cpu i started to play games and at first everything was ok but then every 20-50 seconds i get random framerate drops like from 100 to 30 fps,and then get back to 100 then it drops again and again.I checked some solutions online and some recommended to update the bios of my motherboard(Asrock 960GM-VGS3 FX) so i checked what version i had to only find out that i have my bios up to date(1.40). So then i downloaded core temp and speed fan to see if my cpu is overheating and that didn't lead me anywhere because my cpu was cool enough under pressure and was utilizing all of the cores,my cpu is cooled by hyper 212 evo and the cpu is stock not overlocked.I also checked my gpu temps in game and my gpu sits in the 40-60 degree range (RX 470).So after a while i played rainbow 6 siege while having these framerate drops i exit the game and then my pc turns off and turns on again so maybe it is my psu at fault? So today i checked the cooler master psu voltage calculator and the result was that overall my pc takes almost 400w but
my pc is powered by a 600w power supply ((CHIEFTEC GPS ATX2.3). so can someone point me in somekinda direction to fix this issue?
thx for reading.
