Hello guys! I built my pc yesterday and everything works except one of my ram, I have
Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 2133MHz CL13 Vengeance.

I have 4 slot on my motherboard so the first slot is empty, the second slot have ram, the third slot is empty and the fourth have ram. And only one of them is working so i only have 4GB ram right now on my computer, I would be very happy if somebody helped me with a solution. Do i need to go to BIOS or just put them together on slot 1 and 2??? Thanks for taking your time to read my problem and i'm sorry for my bad english.

-Firstly what Operating system are you running? Is it 32bit or 64 bit? 32 bit operating systems only allow 4GB of RAM.
-Have you put the RAM in the correct channel as dictated by your motherboard manual?
- Have you ensured that are fully secured in the RAM slot?
- Have you swapped out the working RAM with the second RAM (in the same slot) to see if the 'not functioning' RAM works in another RAM slot? (I.e. put the RAM module you are worried about, in the slot where your currently working RAM is, and completely remove the working RAM.) If it still doesn't function, it may be a faulty RAM module.

Are you sure the ram are all same speed, timing and voltage.
If not it's probably why you are having trouble.

Also be sure that ram slot are free of dust.

What model are the ram sticks ?
