You're speaking of a regular power supply for a PC?
The vast majority of power supplies sold in the last decade will take either voltage. Either automatically, or (in older ones) with a switch on the back.
If the one that you currently have cannot take different voltage, you cannot change it. You'd need a new power suplpy.

Posting your PSU make/model would, it seems to me, have been the obvious thing to do to get a definitive answer to your "problem".
