OS and Games on two different SSD?

I have my operating system on my 120 GB SSD. I also have another 250 GB SSD. If I was to install games to the 250GB SSD will it still load as fast? Or do I have to install games onto the 120 GB SSD to get the quickest times?

You will see zero difference in loading time.
That's the way I have my system...OS and applications on one SSD, games live on a different SSD. Used to be on two different SSD's...:)
