Hi! This question probably has something to do with my PC components. So I'll list my specs here:
FX 8300
MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard fm3+
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB
Sapphire Radeon RX 460 2GB Single Fan
Corsair CX650M, 650W
Western Digital Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM
Corsair 100r Window Edition
I was playing some Sims 4 when suddenly, the whole computer turned off. Like it didn't stop and I had to turn it off; it just turned off. The computer didn't neccesarily smell burnt, but more warm. Like you could easlily tell that the computer had been a bit hot. But still, not burnt.
I tried turning on the computer again and suddenly my stock processor fan sounded like a vacuum cleaner It got really loud and it sounded alot like the fx 8320 and fx 8350 stock fan, which was known for being really loud, warm and had a high amount of RPM.
Quickly I got scared and turned off the computer as soon as possible.
I don't know why this happened and I'm too scared to turn on the computer again. Has this ever happened to anyone else, and what causes this to happen?
