My laptop is 3 years old, last month I installed harddiks sentinel and it showed me that my hdd life is 50%, then suddenly drop 35% and many bad sectors were seen, I realised my hdd problem not very long, I could not fix hdd so I bought new 1TB Toshiba harddisk, professional technician set my hard disk, then after 2 weeks, in one partition, rar file extraction very slow, windows explorer not responding, then I restart forcefully and Harddisk sentinel showed me 6 current pending sectors count !!!! I was really hopeless. Then I can not copy some files in that partition. So I did zero level format to that partition and all current pending sectors gone. After 3 days, IDM file downloading in other partition interrupted and again 4 current pending sectors showed. But that partition consisted important files so I defrag that partition but current pending sectors turned in 1052. So I backup important files, did zero level format at that partition, normal format c drive and installed fresh new os. But now in one partition, same problem again, very slow winrar extraction, not copy paste properly. But in the mean time S.M.A.R.T data is ok. but something is not good at current pending sectors count is 0 but Value is 252 and worst is 94. What is this??

laptop parts shop has said that new hard disk has weak sectors which is totally rubbish !!!!
