Hi, i am replacing my motherboard, processor and RAM. Rest of the items are same.

My current items are... 1 tb WD hard disk, dg41rq motherboard, core 2 duo processor, antec 450w psu, sapphire r7 250 gpu and cooler master k380 cabinet...

New items are "Intel Core i5 7400 - LGA1151 - 7th Generation Core Desktop Processor", "
Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H Motherboard " and "Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4 LPX 2400MHz C16 RAM Kit for X99 Chipset"....

my hard disk remains same, so i shouldn't require windows cd or anything should i? my windows version is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit...

and should i do any bios update or anything?

Solution
Doesn't appear to be a new BIOS available for that motherboard. Your new processor should work with that motherboard without issue.
