Graphics Drivers Won't Install?

Hey guys,
so I recently got a Geforce GTX 1050 and a Corsair CX 750M for the card, which can be found here:

So me and my dad got everything hooked up and installed the card into the motherboard, and we tried installing the drivers. It said that it was installing everything, and then it asked to restart the PC, so we did, but for some reason, the drivers didn't install! The resolution was the same, and it wouldn't work. If you guys can give me any info on how to fix this, that would be great!

Specs:
Processor: Intel Core i7-4770
Memory: DDR 16 GB
GPU: Geforce GTX 1050
Storage: HDD 2TB
Optical Drive: BD Combo
PSU: Corsair CX 750

You need to decide either you are staying with windows 8.1 or your going to change it to windows 10. Windows 10 is for free. If you have windows 8.1 , just get at least 4gb pendrive without any files on it. To install windows 10 here is the full tutorial. REMEMBER that during the instalation you can not use windows -.-. Watch the full tutorial and then if you have any problems watch it on your phone. Installing windows is simpler than installing cs go or getting the itunes music.. :Dhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SKbR6XT7fcA

How would you reinstall windows? Is it on a disk, or can it be done online? And since I already own it, can I get a clean installation for free? I'm running windows 8.1, so I'm not too sure what to do here.

Hello, and thank you for replying. I just had one question. How would upgrading the PC to Windows 10 increase the likelihood that the drivers will install? I'm in the middle of installing the setup on my flash drive, but I just wanted to know. Thanks!
