Hi I was browsing r/hardwareswap today and I saw a listing for a Crucial Ballistix Sport VLP DDR3-1600 2x8gb kit for $75 or best offer. Is $75 a good price for this kit or should I offer lower and see if he accepts it?

It is the best price to me. If you want buy a brand new one, Amazon listed for $180, and Newegg listed for $135.
