My new build won't POST and I've tried everything. The fans and the LEDs all turn on, but the monitor stays completely black, and the power button doesn't work to turn off the computer. I do have a case speaker installed, but haven't gotten any beeps from it.
I've tried a different PSU and I've tested both of my RAM sticks. I've also reseated the gpu twice, and reseated the CPU. Any help would be appreciated at this point.

Cpu: Ryzen 7 1700
Mobo: ASUS ROG Strix B350-F
Psu: EVGA Supernova G2 650W
Gpu: Evga Gtx 1080
Memory: G.Skill TridentZ RGB series 3000mhz 16gb
