ethernet doesn't have a valid ip configuration. Please help!!

hello, I'm at a loss here. I've been trying to figure out whats going on with my internet connection on my pc and nothing seems to be working. I've reset my router but haven't touched my modem yet. Could I please get some help on this issue? thank you

I'd call your ISP. There is a reset button on the back of your modem. A simple press of that can sometimes fix that issue. This is a troubleshooting list I made a while back.
