Well, Im thinking to build a new case.

Ryzen 1200
Asus b350 prime-plus
8gb ddr4 2.666mhz
gigabyte 1050ti 4gb
(not full build, just the things are worth the 700)

that's all u need to know for my question not the periheals. anyway the build costs 700euro.

but I found a guy who sell his pc 700euro

specs:
i5 4690k
asus maximus vii hero(z97)
8gb ddr3 2.133mhz
gigabyte r9 390 g1 gaming.

what do you think? where should I go? the only thing I dont like is ddr3. Does it worth? intel is more powerful but ryzen build is upgradeable for later.. Tell me ur opinion.. thanks!

The Intel rig is perhaps a tad faster now, but is at a 'dead end' save for upgrading it's GPU later, maybe...

Personally, I'd fight hard to save another $100, and go with the top rig but with an R5-1600....then, 1-2 years from now, you will at least not not be perhaps suffering 'core envy'...

As someone who has a 4670k (same thing as a 4690k basically), it's still a potent CPU, but I'd look to purchase something with more threads so you don't have to think about upgrading for a while. If you can get the 1400 or 1600 I would. Otherwise, 4690k is faster but 700euro seems like a lot for a pc with 8GB of RAM and an r9 390, unless it comes with a nice SSD and power supply.

I have the 4690 and love it. It is still young enough that it can marry the 1080 without issues. The R9 390 is still a pretty good card too. Although I would immediately sell it and invest in a 1060 or better.

700euro is too much. Let's not look to the R3 1200. I'd offer €600. Yes, it has a good motherboard. And it can be overclocked. But it is dated. Where is the HDD? DVD drive? Case? OS? The answers to those questions do nothing for the price. It's just too much. €625 max.

The truth is I want to go for intel. less money more power. BTW the case is full. I just wrote the things I care more. cpu/mobo/ram/gpu all else is the same for me.

You might want to sell the 390 and buy a 1060. The 1060 has better performance in gaming but both cards go for decent prices.

I wouldn't suggest doing that, as the 390 is pretty much the same as the 780 performance wise.

If you can get your hands on a 1060 or 1070 for the selling price of your 390 go for that.
