ASUS Prime B250M-A motherboard has 4 DIMM Slots and I want to install 3 DIMMS

I currently have a 2x4gb kit of G.SKILL Aegis DDR4-2133mhz ram, and found a deal on a 1x8gb DDR4-2133mhz stick and was wondering if I can have all three DIMMS running in single channel without hindering performance whilst gaming.
