Bought the chip on ebay or did they just give me a chip. I dont see where the socket is. Googled it to no availe.

if you did a bad bios update from inside of windows. try putting the bios file on a usb stick an let the pc set for 30 min or more it may recover the bios.

yea I opened the package and it was i see where it is . got a soldering iron I think ill thake it to my PC DOC . at least I have the chip. Thanks for the response.
