Factory was 220w so yes if you are going to add a grphics card then you will likely need to upgrade the PSU as well.
In Addition, the factory case is not wide so you will only be able to add a low profile graphics card; unless you upgrade the case as well...
IMO, there's not much worth investing in upgrading this system but at least the new parts will transfer over to a newer one down the road.
