Having trouble taking out the 24 pin psu connector

I Can't get the 24 pin connector out of my motherboard my motherboard feels really flimsy and I feel like it Will break if I apply to much pressure. I have the EVGA
100-B1-0450-K1

Make sure it's unlatched and hold MB down next to socket. Some times they feel really stuck and you have to rock connector to wiggle it out.
