Hello everyone I am kinda of new to this computer building idea and I thought I knew what I was doing, but it looks like I don't. The problem is that I've bought many parts for this build such as the motherboard, RAM, CPU, GPU, and power supply. However once I've plugged everything in it just gives me an amber blinking light and I've spent hours trying to figure this out. If someone can tell me what the situation is,it would be most appreciated and I will post the specs that I've used.

Power Supply: AK series SATA ATX 680W

CPU: AMD A4-7300 Richland dual core 4.0 GHz socket FM2 65W

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 DirectX 12GV-N1050OC-2GD 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI express 3.0x 16 ATX Video Card

Motherboard:ECS KAM1-I (V1.0) AM1 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Mini ITX AMD Motherboard

Ram: Kingston 8GB PC3-10600 DDR3-1333MHz Non-ECC CL9 240-pin

Solution
The most obvious problem is that you appear to be trying to use a CPU in a motherboard that lists no support for this CPU. And in fact, doesn't appear to support any CPU above 25W.

The larger problem is that this is an incredibly bizarre mishmash of parts. In your position, I'd return what I can, and start a thread listing your budget and needs.
