This is my first PC that I have built and I've had it for almost a year Now, but its has been having this issue lately. My PC will freeze after playing games. The PC is completely unresponsive. It could be 10 min or even a couple of hours before it may happen. At first I thought it was my RAM because I think i set the voltage too high in the Bios so I lowered it down and that seemed to work for awhile until another crash. I'm starting to get real concerned due to the amount of money I have into this and I'd really appreciate the help! Thank you

Side note... I've sometimes noticed that my disk percentage when I view the task manager is very high like constantly 98-100% for some period of time and then it'll drop. I'm not sure if this connects in anyway but I'd thought I'd throw this in as well. I've done the chkdsk /f C: command and I didnt think anything had shown up From that either...

First of all let's start with disk usage. Are you using windows 10? If yes that's normal, that's a w10 bug they still haven't resolved yet(I encounter it too when they say 100% disk usage with a transfer of no more than 3 mb/s wtf). Try to lower the ram frequency to 2133mhz, do memtest86+, reset the cpu freq/gpu freq if you oced it.
