Can someone tell me what this cpu is like?

I am looking at buying it but nowhere has any reviews for it so can someone tell me how it performs as I want something around this price that is fairly future proofed and also doesn't run too hot. Also can someone tell me what the backplate looks like as I can't find an image of it so is I like on the G1 versions or not?
