Having a CPU problem

My specs
Rx 480 8gb
Ryzen 5 1400
Asus prime a320m-k motherboard
Thermaltake 500 PSU
16 GB ripjaws ram

APS 600 UPS

My problem is whenever I play graphics demanding games, suddenly
My ups starts beeping with a green and red light which I searched for shows my CPU is overloading the UPS.
And I also am facing the clock watchdog timeout problem frequently.

Can anyone pls help me?

The monitor shouldn't draw more than 25W. Other than the PC nothing else is connected, e.g., router or speakers? Did you ever measure the total power draw from the PC?

You can resolve the UPS issue by replacing it with a 900VA (540W) unit; a UPS should not be used at close to its rating because batteries wear out.

Overclock the UPS to 1.5GHz
