I just finished building my first computer, and I turned it on. It has an MSI H110M Pro-D motherboard installed. The EZ-Debug light for DRAM is on. I'm not sure why. The RAM sticks are installed and pushed in completely. I've tried switching them around with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Could it be the motherboard cpu combo? I am using a Intel Pentium G4500 CPU.

Solution
Theoretically, they should work. Have you tested with single RAM each slot?
If yes, and still no go, try clearing the CMOS.
If still the same, try testing different RAM model, if possible, or try RMA-ing both board and CPU.

I removed one of the RAM sticks and it worked perfectly! However, when I turn on the computer, I can't type anything to select F2 to load default values. Any idea why that is happening?

I just tried that and now the DRAM light is back on. Also, when I had unplugged the second one, the DRAM light went off but then the VGA light went on.
