My pc rig is too low
But
Rigs are
Intel pentium g630 2.7 ghz
500gb hdd
Gt 730 gddr5 2gb
8gb ddr3 ram
I cant even play watch dogs 1 at lowest settings its lag like hell i lowed even resolution to lowest(800*someyhing i dont know) its run with 40 fps if low all but it drop into 9 or some thing in some time i dont know why.its steck in one picture for some time .plz help me to play it on a lowest settings withou this annoying

Unfortunately, your CPU was a budget offering released 3 years before the game was..... it's not going to do it.
The minimum requirements are QuadCores (Q8400 or X4 940)

Your GPU is a little worse (performance-wise) than the minimum required of a GTX 460.

At this point, upgrading that system isn't going to buy you much time.
For example, the minimum I'd look to (That's compatible with the board) would be an i5-2400, but those sell for ~$50.

So you're looking at a $120 investment.

Then, assuming you can reuse the case, PSU and storage, you'd be looking at probably a $300 investment for something much, much more modern & fit for purpose.
