Best open world games I can run

Just as the title says
Specs:
Cpu: Intel pentium E2210 2.20 GHz
Ram: 4 gb
Gpu: Nvidia 7100/nforce630i

(I like the first assassin creed if it counts as open world)

Well an entry level 7000 series onboard graphics card is going to be a little outdated. Certainly rules out any DX10/11/12 games.

DX9 titles that you might be able to run that are open world. Nothing really jumps out except even older titles. Depends on what you are into, I guess. Plenty of JRPG and Western RPG isometric/overhead view games that will run on practically anything.

Ultima series might interest you. Other RPGs that are less open world, but adventuring type might be games like Diablo II, Phantasy Star Online, Baulder's Gate.

You might hit up Steam or GoG and see what classics you may have missed.
