Hi, I just finished building my first pc, and I am having some trouble.
I have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse plugged in an gave my computer power.

I was told that I didn't need to plug in a the power switch and that the computer would power up when I switched on the psu. When I switched on the psu, my motherboard's LEDs came on, but there were no fans, and the monitor did not show any display.

The same source that told me about the power on switch said that I needed to install drivers to get it to run, but i'm not so sure.

Do I need to plug in the power switch? and if so, is that even possible? I am using a dell dimension 4300 case from 2000 with an amd 970 pro gaming aura motherboard. Will this work?
