Graphics card is powered, but there's no display on monitor.

I haven't moved anything except the CPU for a thermopaste change, and a compressed air run through. The GPU was working before all this, and it wasn't shifted out of place. Everything is still firmly connected. Not sure what's going on here. I've gone into the Asrock UEFI to check if it recognized that the graphics card was plugged in, but it says that the port is empty.

Yes to everything. The computer was literally just running a day ago before I cleaned it with compressed air today. Not a single thing was moved for the gpu, and I just rechecked that it is firmly seated into the port, and that it's connected to the monitor, psu, etc.
