I have just built a new pc and I'm not getting any visuals. Everything turns on cpu fan included but still nothing shows. I have a red cpu light so I took off my cooler to check everything and its perfectly fine. I don't have a jumper, but I tried the battery reset. Running out of ideas. I'll link a couple pictures to show it's hooked up.

Okay time to breadboard it... Take everything except. CPU, CPU cooler, 1 stick of ram (in correct slot per the manual) and psu connections loose, see if it'll boot with the onboard like that, slowly add parts back to see what's causing the issue.

So all of the pins on the CPU match up when seated? And you also re-seated the GPU? Look at your board manual and see what red light means. If it stays constant on, then its a code telling you something. If it turns off, then its acting normal.
