Os changed Classic to dynamic need help

Hello, i was using windows 7 in my pc , bymistakly i have changed OS from classic to dynamic, so now my system not getting on only , when system rebooted just showing the blinking bar , i don't have CD option to recover in my cpu , only usb option is there , please help me out what to do next ,

okay tell me what you did have you convert your harddisk to dynamic?
you dont have to bring it to shop you just have to reformat your HDD i guess which will delete all its data
