Computer seizes up and shuts down under stress, random intervals and only happens under stress or long sessions (3-6 hours)

Hey everyone.

So a new and relatively scary thing has been happening to me over the past week or two, consistently getting worse and at this point I'm only browsing the web limiting myself at 4 tabs at max at a more than likely futile attempt to keep performance up.

Thinking it was an air flow issue I very recently cleaned out my entire case with compressed air whilst dusting around with a cloth in hard to reach spots; and considering my case is very spacious I do not think it's an air flow issue at heart. Tomorrow I'll update via comment my results after taking the side of the case off and blowing a few fans in there to see if it's actually heating. Also installed HWMonitor Pro so when I take a nap later on I'll leave it going to see what temps it logs.

Strongly considering replacing the PSU as I believe it to be a power issue and considering i have a sh***y off brand PSU it's more than likely just poor quality components.

Part List:

CPU : AMD FX-4300
MOTHERBOARD : Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
STORAGE : Toshiba 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
GPU : Radeon R7 240
POWER SUPPLY : Sparkle 350W SFX

Yeah, I was thinking either PSU or overheating as well.

According to the HWMonitor logs, the CPU is spiking at around 78 Celsius before shutting down.

The GPU is sticking around high 40s to low 50s.

Mobo-wise,
TMPIN0 - 33c-34c
TMPIN2 - Spiking at damn near 94 celsius
TMPIN1 isn't listed because of HWMonitors limitations on trial users.

And finally, my hard drive is sticking around smooth low-mid 30s.

Sorry for the late reply, damn thing keeps crashing on me so I don't really have the opportunity to reply, although I'm on mobile now. I have the money to replace my PSU but I rather know for sure if its that before I go spending my money.

Huge update!

I mimicked a test I saw among other people with the same issue, I opened up my case and blew a good size/power fan into it and ran a game while watching Netflix on my second monitor. This would obviously have crashed me before but what do you know; no issue running it for upwards of 20 minutes.

I got bored of this and decided to see if this really was the fix. I turned off the fan and went to get a drink and what'dya know, when I come back into my room it had crashed.

So, my solution seems to be getting a few extra fans but for now I'll stick with the rudimentary yet effective fan through the side method.
