I have installed windows 7 with Rufus and Intel USB 3.0 image creator (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25476/Windows-7-USB-3-0-Creator-Utility). It got installed successfully. But, its not detecting any USB devices apart keyboard and mouse. I am not even able to drivers for this. I tried uninstalling the USB drivers from device. But, it didn't help. Can anybody help me on this ?

I booted the machine ubuntu live and copied my driver cd in D drive and installed the drivers. It started working. But, we cannot do like this everytime, is there any permanent solution ?

if you cant and have legal copy of windows 7 call microsoft up see if they can give you a free windows 10 key at one point ms was giving out free keys for windows 7 and 8 to go to 10 for free. the older iso installers for windows 10 used to take windows 7/8 keys.
