So basically I re-formated my Desktop using a flashdrive. Installation went smooth and all. But after the restart and the first boot to desktop, I went in and plugged in my USB device containing my drivers. It didn't recognize the USB. Tried different USB's, even an external HDD. Tried all ports, motherborard/casing ports.

Nothing.

I cant install LAN or USB Drivers as well since the thing wont read USBs. No chance at a CD as well since I dont have a CD Drive.

I installed a 64bit Win7 btw, if that helps.

Thanks in advance!

- I dont think its a BIOS issue since I didnt touch anything and my motherboard is new.

Solution
During boot sequence, press DEL key in keyboard and go to BIOS settings.
Enable Integrated Peripherals -> USB Legacy.
Enable Integrated Peripherals -> USB Storage.

Now try connection USB.

Good Luck.:) Peace.

Yes sir, surprisingly I can, they're both USB type peripherals. Even if I do put the USB on the slots I used for the keyboard and mouse, its still wont work. I guess the issue is that it wont read USB devices but instead, It wont read storage devices (apart from the 120gb SSD for the CDrive and the 1tb WD Blue as a secondary storage)

My new board is a Gigabyte B250M Hd3

Sir, I have no way of transferring them to my PC, since it wont read storage devices ( The drivers are already in my USB) and I cannot connect to the internet as well since I have no Lan drivers installed yet.
