New Hard Drive Speed problem

Hi
I bought a New Toshiba p300 7200rpm 3TB
But i have problem with it
My pc have Samsung evo 950 ssd (256gb)
But folders loading are very slow on toshina HDD
I checked drive with HDtunePro
And bechmark it
It show Read speed is 3mb/s !!!!
Its extremely slow for 7200rpm drive
When i change the sata cable and start pc it work with fine speed but when turn it off and restart it speed backed to 3mb slow speed

HDtunePro show Hdd have interface CRC error count
Current 200 worst 200 Data 85 status Attention

I changed sata cable and start pc and it solved ! but when turn it off and turn it on Hours later , again problem come back

What should i do ? :(

Motherboard : Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 7

HDD : Toshiba P300 3TB 7200rpm

Motherboard Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 7 rev1.0
Gpu msi gaming X 1060 6GB
Cpu intel i7 6700K
Power supply Green 585watt Bronze80+
Hdd Toshiba P300 3TB + WD 1TB Green ( wd work since 5 years ago it work fine and without problem . It means sata cable and sata ports Healthy )

I changed port and changed Cables before ،
but nothing changed
For example i disconnected My Western Digital Green 1TB ( that it work correctly ) and connect Toshiba 3TB to that sata and port that my WD 1TB conneted before
But nothing change !
On some of sata ports HDD not work and os cant Detect Drives
I am confused of Gigabyte Z170X gaming 7 satas port
I must connect HDD to which one of them ? :|
Is there a problem with Power supply port ? It is important ?

What do you think about Mainboard ports or Bios Settings ? It must be a Motherboard problem with Toshiba hdd
Because my WD green 1TB work correctly with theese Satas and ports

i dont know :(

If the 3TB is stataIII and the 1TB is SataII, and you have a sataII cable then this might mean that the cables would work on the 1TB but not on 3TB drive. Most SataII cables would be fine, perhaps you are unlucky.

So you have tested on different ports and different cables, just RMA it whilst it is warranty and whilst it is new from the shop, the longer you muck around with it the more likely the shop will say no, and you'll have to deal with toshiba.

I used motherboard original sata cables . i think Z170X gaming 7 Sata cables must be Sata3
its impossible Z170x Satas Cables are sata2

If i want to use of product Warranty what should i do with my Data ?
2TB data on it

Seems problem Solved !
i disconnected WD 1tb HDD and use Toshiba 3TB Separately
I haven't problem right now
But why ? Why Toshiba Speed Fine while WD disconnected ?
I think power supply cant handle 2 hard ? What you think ?
