I know its a old card but i replaced it for free with my 7870xt so i did some overclocking and it some times causing to freezing. there any solution to this or just to lower the settings.
PSU 550W CORSAIR VS
I7 4790
and the 770 gtx MSI oc from the factory
my oc is:powe limit: 100
templimit: 79
core clock: 1374
memory: 1863

if any OC settings cause instability, then it's a setting the GPU can't handle, or it's needs the voltage increasing slightly to compensate

if you increased the power target as part of the OCing, then best bet is to just drop the OC settings a little bit until it's stable again
