Approximate Purchase Date: Within the next month.

Budget Range: $600-$800 Before Rebates; After Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: I will be using it almost exclusively for gaming and surfing the internet, but I'll want to also use photo shop and download torrents.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes, I want to make it a dual monitor setup and add a third later on.

Parts to Upgrade: I don't have any old parts to use.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com and amazon.com. Or others if there is a better option.

Location: Charlotte, NC, USA

Parts Preferences: Any brand is fine.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: If it's possible to have a build that doesn't have to have parts upgraded for a long time that would be nice. I want to build a gaming PC that can play most games at high-ultra specs. My favorite games are Civilization type games and big open world ones like Skyrim. I want to play the new Star Wars Battlefront 2, the new Total War War-hammer coming out and the 2016 Doom game. I also want it to be able to run smoothly with a lot of Mods.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I can only play a few games on low specs that all came out years ago. I want to be able to play new games and high-ultra specs. My OS seems to run kind of slow sometimes too, even though I don't have much on the hard-drive.
