Hey guys I dont know if my setup is good: amd ryzen 5 1600
Motherboard :msi gaming amd ryzen b350 ddr4 vr ready MicroAtx
Gpu: gigabyte gtx 1050ti 4gb ddr5
Psu: evga 650watt
Corsair 16gb (2×8gb) ddr4 dram 2400MHz c16
Hdd: we blue 1tb 64mb cache 3.5inch and
Cooler master hyper 212 evo
Plzzźz tell me if it is good or what should I change

The PSU is extreme overkill. Where are you shopping? No help for you if I offer something from the U.S. that isn't available in your area.

The motherboard is compatible with your CPU.

A 520W Seasonic https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094 will be more than enough. It can handle the 1060, 1070 and the 1080 as well. It is overpriced at Amazon.

It has a mid-range CPU and an entry level GPU. It's not really a good setup for streaming/recording and uploading. Will it work for your needs? With the settings dialed back it will.

The 1600 comes with its own cooler.

So if I buy the ryzen 5 1600 I dont need to buy another cooler some people say that it's not so good cooler and if I buy the gtx 1060 and not the 1050ti will it be better for videos?

The 1600 has the upgraded Wraith cooler. The Evo will be an upgrade but is not necessary. That money could be invested elsewhere. http://www.relaxedtech.com/reviews/amd/wraith-max-and-wraith-spire-cooler/1 then there's the Wraith Spire (95W TDP) which comes with the Ryzen 5 1500X, 1600 and Ryzen 7 1700

Yes, the 1600 is good for streaming.

No, the 1050Ti isn't ideal for Twitch or for uploading or streaming to Youtube.

Yes, the 1060 6GB would be A LOT better for gaming and uploading.

Up to you. The Evo does offer better cooling. If you live in a very hot area the Evo might be better. You can buy the Evo later if your CPU temp. isn't staying as cool as you would like it to.

And the last question so I'll buy better an 550w power supply because 650 is overkill? And other than that the pc will work with this micro atx motherboard and the cpu and the pc will work fine with these parts?

:) So does the manufacturer and retailer. At 1080p(60Hz) the 3GB is okay for those on a tighter budget but settings will have to be reduced. Is the extra 3GB worth "like $100 more"? No.

There's a thing called mining that spiked GFX card pricing to historically high levels over the past few months. Prices have MOSTLY recovered. It's been around for years but when etherium came along things got ugly.
