So i got GTX 1050,and when i open MSI Afterburner i have those 2 options,Power limit is at 100% while temp. limit is at 83c.Should i make it lower or keep it like that ?Im also wondering why do i get sudden fps drops in games,like im running at 80 fps then all of sudden it drops to 20 and goes back to 80.

Your GPU is probably the bottleneck. Overclocking it, as long as you have a good PSU, is safe and would yield more FPS, but to each his own.
If you're not changing he GPU at all, don't play with afterburner settings.
When you are playing your game, run a program that will monitor the GPU, CPU and RAM usage. If any of them hit or go near 100%, that is what is causing the drops. I recommend HWiNFo.
