I think there is something wrong with my gpu

So I get this weird glitch with things like trees and bushes in rust after talking with support for around 2 months and with no resolve. They claim it is my software or hardware with my gpu but this game is the only one that gives me issues here is a picture of the issue

And my gpu is a GTX1060 3gb

What manufacturer is your card? Check if you have Micron memory on your graphics (if I'm not mistaking, GPU-Z should show whether its Micron or Samsung).

If it is indeed Micron, check if your specific model has an update for the VBIOS (pretty much all new cards with Micron memory have this update already and some people need it, some people don't). This may solve your issue. If you have already updated the VBIOS for your card, perhaps try redownloading the game as perhaps these textures may have simply jammed.

My graphics card is built by msi and has Samsung memory so I followed up with your second idea and after doing so it got fixed so after playing with settings in the game I got it to replicate and now instead of only looking bad on any settings the only setting that creates the issue is anti aliasing with TSSAA
while other settings work fine so thank you for helping solve my issue.
